Gebruik maken van een coach of sparringpartner is geen zwaktebod, maar een erkenning dat u of uw medewerker nog veel verder kan komen en daar nu de kans voor krijgt.
About me
Drs Piet-Hein Prince MBA CISA studied economics at the University of Maastricht and post-doctoral IT-Audit at the VU University of Amsterdam. He has been a Certified Information System Auditor and Platinum member of ISACA since 1999. In addition, he has followed and given several training courses in project and portfolio management, crisis management, mediation, change management, IT contract law, Scrum, Agile way of working, Human Resource Management and leadership.
There is a well-known phrase: "Keeping doing the same thing and expecting different results is a sign of insanity." Yet this is what many people and companies continue to do by doing the same things, making the same mistakes, and expecting different results. But how many professionals have recorded lessons learned, and even more rarely, how many professionals have read lessons learned from others’ experiences of previous projects?

Piet-Hein has been involved in small and large multidisciplinary assignments in the technology/organization/audit/strategy domain. For example: IFRS9 and 17 implementations, Asset Management back office redesign (technology and organization), implementation of banking and leasing software, ERP implementations (SAP, ORACLE, Exact, ...), specialized assignments with custom made tooling, data & analytics, AI, etc etc.
Piet-Hein has lived* in 8 countries, worked in 24 countries and speaks 4 languages. He is the father of 3 children, is married to Mathilde and lives in Curaçao.
